How much cover do I need?

The level of cover you have will affect the cost of your premium so it’s a good idea to figure out roughly how much your loved ones would need to be looked after if you’re no longer around. Consider the cost of paying out your mortgage, ongoing bills and household expenses, childcare, healthcare and education.

If you match me with a policy am I obligated to purchase it?

Absolutely not. We’ll recommend a policy that suits your needs and budget and it’s up to you to decide whether or not to purchase. It’s worth keeping in mind though that if you do purchase a policy through Click Insure you’ll pay no additional fees or charges and we’ll help you manage, switch and review your policy free of charge.

If I purchase a policy through Click Insure, who is providing the insurance?

Click Insure is not an insurance provider, we simply act as the go-between for you and your insurance retailer. We can help you lodge claims, make enquiries and adjust or switch your policy, but the policy itself will be an agreement between you the insurance retailer.

Are there any hidden fees or charges?

Nope! The Click Insure concierge service is 100% free of charge and you’ll pay no additional loading, fees or taxes on your policy if you purchase through us. Ever. Plus we review your policy every six months to make sure you’re still getting great deal and can help you switch if we find you a better one.
